Christina's Bio:

Christina brings over 28 years of experience in leadership, coaching, consulting, training, and speaking profession. She understands the value of building and sustaining inclusive, safe spaces where all individuals can do their best. She has fourteen years of experience in developing strategies, leading, and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. A retired Chief DEI Officer, Christina led the diversity, equity, and inclusion work at SAIF Corporation. In addition, she is the board chair of the board of directors for Garten Services, dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Christina is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a BA in English and minors in Business Administration and Spanish. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development from Warner Pacific University. She is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory coach and administrator. Christina holds a certification in Inclusive Search advocacy, Agile HR, and BrainStates™ Administrator. She is a member of the National Coalition of Inclusion, Partners in Diversity, and the Board Chair of Directors for Garten Services.
